Welcome to Blog Land!

We are excited about what is coming up for our new ministry. There is a place for everyone to be involved and serve the ladies of our church!

We have been collecting surveys for the last few weeks, and have gained some great insight into what some are looking for in a women’s ministry. We are on the right track with our mission statement:

Our objective is that this will help the women of FBC Yukon and beyond become united and to grow closer to God through Bible studies, outreaches, events, and fellowships.

About Ladies of Love

Our objective:

Our prayer is that this will help the women of FBC Yukon and beyond become united and to grow closer to God through Bible studies, outreaches, events and fellowships.

Why have a women's ministry:

The hats a women wears are many.... wife, mother, friend, employee, etc. The purpose of a women's ministry is to provide a continual source of strength, refreshment, encouragement, and friendship for each of God's precious daughters. We desire to seek God's direction for every step of our lives and fall more in love with His word every day. We need to be a safe place to rest, and still a rich place to grow.

How we can help THE church:

We all secretly know... the women controls the man. Just joking! When we can become close and unified, it will create more unified families, and ultimately a more unified body of believers.
